Day 1 - │ Tel Aviv (D)

Welcome to the land of Israel for your Holy Land tour. On arrival at Ben Gurion International Airport our airport representatives will meet and assist you. Transfer to your hotel in Tel Aviv– Israel's largest and modern city with short distance to Jaffa. Check in at your hotel for dinner and overnight rest from your flight. Your hotel is located conveniently close to the shore of the Mediterranean Sea, and close to Tel Aviv lively city center with shopping, family attractions, and the popular promendade sidewalk with outdoor stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Time permitting, visit the artistic neighborhood of.

 Day 2 – │ From Tel Aviv/Jaffa to the Sea of Galilee, Mediterranean coast and the Valley of Armageddon - Caesarea / Mt. Carmel / Megiddo / Nazareth/ Sea of Galilee / Tiberias (B, D)

Begin your tour this morning to visit the Old Town Jaffa, walk through the narrow streets of Old Jaffa, believed to be the oldest port city in the world. Visit St. Peter's Church and enjoy a panoramic view of the Tel Aviv resort shoreline from Jaffa Hilltop. St. Peter came to Jaffa (Joppa) from Lydda to raise Tabitha (Dorcas) from The dead (Acts 9: 36 -42). While in Jaffa, the apostle stayed at the house of Simon the Tanner, and the Church of St. Peter marks the traditional site of Peter’s vision of the Great Sheet. Depart Tel Aviv on a drive north along the coastal plain to Caesarea Maritima (Acts 9:30 Acts 10:24 -48), the center of early Christians, and the capital of Judea under the Roman Empire. Visit the excavations of this ancient city by the Mediterranean Sea, marvel at the Roman theatre and picturesque aqueduct with the ocean blue water behind it. This is where Paul made his defense before Festus and King Agrippa prior to his final journey to Rome (Acts 25-26). We’ll continue and stop at Mount Carmel (Muchraka), where Elijah issued his challenge to the False Prophets, and on to enjoy a breath-taking panoramic view of Haifa Bay and the Western Galilee region. Continue on to Megiddo (1 Kings 4:28, 9, 15, 2 Kings 23, Kings 29 & Revelation 16:16), identified as Armageddon (Revelation 16), and witness the remains from Solomon’s days, and view the valley where the Battle of Armageddon will be fought. See the archaeological excavations at Megiddo, including a well-preserved water supply system. Continue the Holy Land tour along the Jezerel Valley to visit the town Jesus lived in Nazareth (Luke 1:26, Luke 4:16 Luke 4:29, Matthew 2:23), and enjoy a beautiful view from the top of Mt. Precipice, also known as Mt. of Precipitation, and Mount of the Leap of the Lord believed to be the site of the rejection of Jesus, described by Luke (Luke 4:29 Luke 4:30). We'll continue to the Church of Annunciation if time permits, and drive to Cana of Galilee where Jesus performed his first public miracle, the turning of water into wine at the wedding feast (John 2:1 John 2:11), and on to the Lower Galilee region to the beautiful Sea of Galilee to the town of Tiberias. The hotels situated right on town’s center and the shores of the Sea of Galilee make it possible to walk along the shores of the lake and explore the town of Tiberias.  Day 3- │ Sea of Galilee, the Upper Galilee and the Golan Heights - Magdala / Sail the Sea of Galilee / Jesus Boat / Golan Heights / Upper Galilee / Caesarea Philippi / St. Peter Fish Lunch / Yardenit (B, D)

We begin this day with a special visit to Magdala (Matthew 15:39) a unique Holy Land site, known as the home of Mary Magdalene. Here we'll explore a first-century Jewish city where Jesus' healed the afflicted, and the oldest excavated synagogue in Galilee from the time of Jesus' ministry where surely he taught. After we continue to the Sea of Galilee where you can try to imagine yourself sailing as Jesus did with his disciples, this is exactly how we begin the day by boarding a wooden boat and sailing on as the disciples did 2000 years ago. We’ll dock at Kibbutz Nof Ginosar and visit the ancient “Jesus Boat,” the remains of a 2,000 years old boat that was discovered in 1986 in the shores of the lake. This type of boat was used at the time of Jesus and his disciples. We will drive to the beautiful Golan Heights. Visit Banias- ancient Ceasarea Philippi (Matthew 16:13 and Mark 8:27) where Jesus said “On this rock, I will build my Church.” Continue to the Hula Valley and the Upper Galilee, returning to the Sea of Galilee with a visit to Yardenit- the baptismal site on the Jordan River, the river where John the Baptist, baptized Jesus.  Day 4 –  │ Jesus early Ministry along the Sea of Galilee, Jordan River - Mount of Beatitudes / Tabgha / Capernaum / Beit She'an / Dead Sea (B, D)

On your Christian Israel tour today we visit the surrounding area of the Sea of Galilee where Jesus began his early Ministry. Start with the Mount of Beatitudes (Matthew 5, Matthew 6, Matthew 7, Matthew 8), where Jesus preached the Sermon on the Mount, see the beautiful Chapel, erected in 1939 by the noted architect Antonio Barluzzi, and enjoy the panoramic view of the Galilee. Continue down to Tabgha- the site of the Feeding of the 5,000 and Primacy of Peter (Matthew 13, Mark 33, Mark 45, & John 21), at the Church of Multiplication with its 4th Century Mosaic floor, and a must-visit during your Holy Land tour to Capernaum –referred as Jesus “own town” (Matthew 4:13, Matthew 9:1, Matthew 13:54, Matthew 17:24, Luke 7, Mark 1:2, John 4:46 John 4:54) where is believed to have been Jesus' home and the center of his ministry, here we can stand in what is left of the synagogue in which Jesus ministered, and where he performed many miracles, and it's in Capernaum where Peter’s mother-in-law lived and was healed. We’ll continue through the Valley of Beit She'an to the ancient city of Beit She'an (Mark 5:20, Mark 7:31), view the impressive archeological site. It was here that after defeating Saul and his sons on Mount Gilboa, the Philistines hanged their bodies on the walls of Beth Shean, continue through the Jordan Valley past the city of Jericho and arrive at the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth.  Day 5 – │ Dead Sea, Masada, Ein Gedi, Qumran, Judean Desert, Jerusalem (B, D)

This Thursday on your Holy Land tour visit the 1500 feet mountaintop fortress of Masada famous for being the last stronghold of the Jewish rebellion against the Roman Empire. We’ll ascend to Masada by cable car and explore the first century Synagogue, King Herod’s Bathhouse and other sites atop of Masada. Descend and continue to the oasis of Ein Gedi, where David hid in a cave when running from Saul (Samuel 23), it was here that David composed several of his Psalms. We'll continue with a visit to Qumran where a cache of ancient biblical texts the Dead Sea Scroll's were discovered in 1947. From here on to the Golden City of Jerusalem and proceed to a panoramic view of Jerusalem from Mt. Scopus where we can take time for prayer. Continue to the hotel conveniently located within walking distance from the Old City Jerusalem.

 Day 6 -  │ Old Jerusalem, Temple Mount in Jesus times, Mount of Olives / Kidron Valley / Garden of Gethsemane / Western Wall tunnels (Kotel Tunnels) / Pool of Bethesda / Church of Holy Sepulcher / Via Dolorosa / Christian Quarter (B, D)

Friday we begin here atop of Mount of Olives where the Lord ascended into heaven (acts 1), and where we will have a view across the Kidron Valley to the Eastern Gate where the prince of Peace will enter (Ezekiel 43). Continuing to Pater Noster Church and visit Dominus Flevit where " The Lord wept" as he beheld the Holy City. Through Palm Sunday Road proceed down to the Gethsemane where you will see 2,000-year-old Olive trees that date back to the time of Jesus. Then to the Western Wall- The holiest site in Judaism and one of the original walls that retained the Temple. We will visit the Western Wall Tunnels running along the base of the Western Wall will lead us through the Second Temple era and reveal the incredible construction of the Temple Mount, water supply, and Roman street where our Lord Jesus was led to judgment. Continue to St. Anne Church and the Pool of Bethesda. We will walk the stations of the Cross- the Via Dolorosa to visit Judgment Hall of Pilate all the way to Church of the Holy Sepulcher (Matthew 27, Matthew 33:57, Matthew 28:10). In the afternoon you will enjoy time shopping at the colorful bazaars (markets). We'll return and join the prayer at the Western Wall- Pray and leave a note in the crevices of the wall as many Christian pilgrims before you, return to the Hotel for Shabbat Dinner.

 Day 7 - │ Jerusalem Old and New City - Mt. Zion / Upper Room / King David Tomb / Jewish Quarter / Ein Kerem / Bethlehem / Church of the Nativity / Shepherd’s Field / Garden Tomb (B, D)

We start our day with a drive to Mt. Zion with a visit to the Upper room (Luke 22), where Jesus held the Lord’s Supper, visit King David Tomb, and walk through the Jewish Quarter. Continue on a drive through the New City of Jerusalem and pass the Israel Parliament (Knesset), and continue to Ein Karem, birthplace of John the Baptist (Luke 1:39 -80), visit the Church of the Visitation at Ein Karem then we proceed to Bethlehem to visit the Church of the Nativity (Luke 2: 1-7). Visit the Shepherd’s Field (Luke 2:8-20), where an angel appeared to announce the birth of Jesus. In the afternoon visit the Garden Tomb, to celebrate the resurrection with a time for prayer (Luke 23). Enjoy an evening farewell Dinner at the hotel.

 Day 8 - │ Sh. Hussein Bridge or (Allenby Bridge) Jerash – Amman (B, D)

Drive from Jerusalem to the border crossing procedures to enter Jordan. Proceed to Jerash - city of the Decapolis, located about 45Km North of Amman in the fertile heights of the Gilad, visit the ancient Roman city with colonnaded streets, the baths and the hill of the top Temple etc. Then drive to Amman for a city tour of the Jordanian Capital.

 Day 9 -  │Amman Petra (B, D)

After early breakfast, leave the hotel and travel south on the road to Wadi Musa. Then on horseback to the "Siq" (canyon) and then on foot to Petra known as "Sela Edom" or red rock city (Isaiah 2:10), the ancient capital of the Nabateans from 3rd century B.C. to 2nd Century A.D. Carved by the Nabataeans out of solid rock, Petra was forgotten for hundreds of years until it was rediscovered in 1812. At the entrance to Petra travelers are offered the option to ride a horse for 800m - from the visitor center to the entrance of the dramatic “Siq” (canyon). From the entrance to the Siq there is a 1,250 meters walk to the 1st monument “The treasury”. During the Exodus, Moses and the Israelites passed through the Petra area in Edom. Local tradition says that the spring at Wadi Musa (Valley of Moses), just outside Petra, is the place where Moses struck the rock and brought forth water (Numbers 20:10-11). Visit the most interesting monuments, such as the Treasury, El Khazneh (a tomb of a Nabatean king) then the field of tombs, obelisks, the altar, (Al Madhbah) from this point you can view the whole of the rock city, then back to Wadi Musa village.

 Day 10 -  │ Amman / Madaba/Mount Nebo / Tel Aviv / Ben Gurion Airport (B)

Check out of your hotel and drive to Madaba to see the ancient mosaic map of the Holy Land and ruins of historical sites. In Madaba its written in the scriptures that "the servant of the Lord died there in the land of Moab" (Deuteronomy 34:5). Continue about 10Kms. to Mount Nebo, from where Moses viewed the Promised Land (Deuteronomy 34). From there the Lord showed Moses all the land of Gilead as far as Dan, all Naphtali and the land of Ephraim and Manasseh, all the land of Judah as far as the Western Sea, the South, and the plain of the Valley of Jericho, the city of Palm Trees (Jericho), as far as Zoar, and this is where the Lord said to Moses, “This is the land of which I swore to give Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, saying, "I will give it to your descendants." We continue and visit the remains of a Byzantine church with a mosaic floor at Greek Orthodox Church of St. George, and then drive to Jordan International Airport or drive to the border crossing to Israel (border crossing not open at this time) and end your tour in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv for your flight home.

Pick-up for transfer (Tour ending in Israel option is currently not available you must fly out of Jordan) to Ben Gurion International Airport 4 hours prior to flight departure back home.
