In order to make a reservation, we require a deposit of $500 per person on most of our scheduled group tours. Please have your credit card information available (or you may send a check), as well as each passenger’s passport information, home address, and telephone number.
Also, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) recently introduced a new program called Secure Flight, which is designed to improve airline security. In order to comply with this program’s requirements, we will also need each passenger’s full name, birth date, and gender exactly as they appear on their passport. Yes. After your first tour with us, you will save $100 per person off the published brochure price of your next Flo Tours tour; and $200 per person after your third tour. You may use this frequent traveler credit as many times as you would like.
Yes. Flo Tours makes available an Optional Travel Protection Plan through Travel Guard. We strongly recommend that you protect yourself and your investment in the event you have to cancel or interrupt your vacation. This plan offers affordable group rates and can provide an extra measure of comfort and security. We will send you information about the plan when you reserve your tour. Or you may purchase the Travel Protection plan of your choice. Either way, we strongly recommend that you protect your investment with Travel Protection of some sort.
